Chipotle loyalty application/program

Chipotle had not been able to build a loyalty program that was both profitable and centered around the customer experience. I led the design approach along with a cross-functional team to align, design and define what loyalty looked like for a successful 25 year old company.

 

We were selected for our bold approach of designing their program in a three day workshop where we would define what loyalty is, align on the success factors and co-design the experience alongside of their customers. This lean method allowed our team of designers to work quickly across multiple teams and digital properties to ensure the program would have the business and customer experience impact it needed to succeed.
